Mu Tong Yu is also another popular steamboat chain, but they do things differently – instead of having steamboat/hotpot in a steel pot, they do it with a wooden bucket! Over here, fish meat is served that red meat such as beef and pork slices. To ensure utmost freshness of the fish, the fish is freshly slaughtered, so that you can enjoy super tender fish fillets as soon as they’re cooked through.
