The iconic Malaysian breakfast trio ☕️ Mine is Cham, a silky mixture of tea and coffee (I just loveeee the foam) 🍞 Toast with melting butter and kaya (coconut jam) 🍳 Half boiled eggs . Ventured into this quaint place cause Google Map says it has the best #rotibakar in KL. . Surprised it wasn’t flooded with tourists but still a very neighbourhood-style coffee shop, with the whole nostalgia combo: praying altar in a little corner, oldies song in the background, uncles reading newspaper and flirting with the waitress—-it’s so much more interesting than a fancy cafe, but too bad they don’t have air conditioning and wifi 😂😂😂 . Auntie thought I’m the daughter of a lawyer cause I’m cute (why thank you 😘) and round like her 😂😂🙈, then proceed to ask me 10 questions about myself lol. Maybe if I come in a few more times, they will start to ask if I have a boyfriend 😂😂😂 . I thought it was rare to find a place like this in the very centre of KL, but old eateries like this always find a way to stay, against the current of time & development 💗 .
