Here are some Phuket’s night markets that you must not missed!

1.Chillva Market

Chillva is one of the trendy night markets in Phuket with its bohemian vibe and colorful containers. The market is relatively small, but there is an impressive selection of food, fashion and souvenir stalls. One thing to note is the flea market that opens from Thursday to Saturday, this is when you’ll get your hands on affordable goodies!

2. Royal Paradise Night Market

This market has what you want! From clothes, footwear, beachwear and even home décor items, you can get practically everything here! It is totally different from the old times when only jeans and t-shirts are available. Also, it never hurts to try have your feet being treated by Dr Fish.

3. Dao Aungkhan market

Located next to the Chalong Circle, Dao Aungkhan night market offers various gorgeous handmade goods and services at an affordable price. You can also try out the range of delicacies such as barbecued seafood, sushi, candies, and even pastries at various stalls.

4. Fun Friday Avenue Market

Only available on Fridays, this Phuket night market is close to the famous Bangtao Beach, where various fun activities such as the live music zone and kid’s creative art projects are keeping things lively. Food is the other attraction here, and you’ll definitely have to get a bite on those grilled fish, fried noodles, stewed meat, smoothies, and salads.

Location: Boat Avenue, Bandon-Cherngtalay Road, Cherngtalay.

Time: 4pm – 11pm (Friday only)

5. Lumduan Market

This colourful and brilliantly illuminated market is only opened in Sundays, but this is the perfect place for shopping. Handicrafts, clothes, food, souvenirs are all sold internationally and locally. There’s also the entertainment area where live music, stunning performances and talent show events presented on the central stage.

6. Naka Weekend Market

The Naka Weekend Market is always bustling with crowds—locals, tourists and friendly hawkers. The area is quite large featuring distinctive stalls, so expect your feet to get sore after going home! Aside than authentic Thai food, the market also sell international cuisine and clothing.

Location: Wirat Hong Yok Road, opposite Naka Temple and not far from Suan Luang Rama 9 Park and Central Phuket.

Time: 4pm – 11pm (Friday – Sunday)

7. Lard Yai

Every Sunday night is the opening of this charming Phuket markets where wide array of souvenirs, clothing, and many other things are sold in shops and stalls. Walking between the historical buildings gives a somewhat nostalgic feeling of the past. If you are lucky, you can even grab a seat on lively street shows.

Location: Thalang Road, Phuket Town.

8. Indy Market

Unlike typical market peddlers, Phuket Indy Market hosts independent traders in a clean and immaculate environment. It is very popular among local Thai youngsters with its wide selection of fashion, unique accessories and handicrafts. Live shows and performances are occasionally held on the streets, perfect for a dining entertainment.

Stands for “One Tambon One Product”, this is the place where you can find ALMOST anything you want.
